I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon. Second day in a row that I just want to respond to partners telling them to do whatever “it” is themselves. Stop calling me when you finish up your afternoon run when I’ve been rotting at my desk for over 15 hours a day every day this week. That is all.

What productivity hacks do you employ? I like to shut off my email for 25 min intervals to focus on real work. It’s like a sprint of focus without being “unavailable” too long.
