Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

What’s a good, practical tax book to read for someone who knows nothing about taxes? I feel like I should familiarize myself with them but don’t know where to start/find the topic very overwhelming and dense even as a finance attorney. I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I started trading during Covid crash. Started with equities and eventually moved to options. Earlier lost a month's salary and then lot more trying to recover it. Currently have lost my yearly salary worth and it's affecting all aspects of my life (job, marriage, health). I have tried to convince myself to consider it a loss but always get back trying to recover it.

Noob question on selling puts- I just sold a weekly put that I WANT to get assigned. The stock fluctuate a few dollars a day so I’m looking for a specific price to own the shares at vs entering a limit order. The stock has already gone below my selected strike price by a 30 cents today but I haven’t been assigned the shares 🤔. Is it only by expiration day or am I missing something?
