Bought TSA PreCheck last year and got AMEX plat this year. Now tsa is free with global entry. The obvious answer is just global entry now. Any other play I can do? Can I get a $100 statement credit or use the global entry credit on a family member? Anything?

Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Why do 403b have such I fees? I almost want to stop contributing all together or just minimum 6% to meet the match. Possibly just rely on the pension but what if it’s underfunded when I retire?

My company allows contributions to both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) 401k. Is it better to split my contributions between the two? For example, I could contribute 3% to Roth and 3% to traditional (my employer matches up to 6% total but that can only goes to traditional)

Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period.
