Hi everyone,
I’m pleased to share that we are making an important change to our parental leave policy to offer the same leave time for everyone welcoming a new addition to their family, regardless of whether they have given birth or how long they’ve worked here. Effective immediately, we’ve enhanced our Parental Leave to 6 weeks of 100% paid leave for the following people:
- Mother who has given birth to a child
- Spouse, domestic partner or civil union partner of a woman who has given birth to a child
- Legal parent to an adopted child
- Legal parent to a child born by a gestational carrier
We’re making similar changes to this policy across all of our brands in Publicis.Sapient North America. Not only is it the right direction for our people but is also in line with the trends we’re seeing across the business.
Publicis Worldwide NA already has that policy.
