B-reel approached me with an interview offer for a designer role. No details whatsoever, told me they love my work. What should I expect at an interview? What should I prepare?

I am looking for a referral for switch on a position of Business Analsyt.
Currently in my role I work on MySql scripts, testing, analysis and documentation.

Current exp - 1.3 yr.
Current company - TCS

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?
