hey folks, I am going to join Oracle ossi in Hyderabad location. I have never been to Hyderabad, and will be relocating. Please guide on what would be good areas to look for rent. Also, what would be rent like for 2/3 bhk. Ideally my budget for rent would be <25k. Initially I will be going but in future my family will join me once I am settled. Any points to note or any other gotcha to keep in mind ? Please suggest.

Sorry, but isn't this what already most CRO are already doing? I work with IQVIA a lot and they already have all of this going on for our trials, so not sure what innovation you are bringing in?

I agree with the Director’s feedback. Additionally, many of us have experience working with organizations like IQVIA and sponsors, which gives us a unique perspective. A critical question to address is: what true innovation are you bringing to the table? Specifically regarding Generative AI, there is a healthy level of skepticism in the industry. While companies have made ambitious promises in this space, the reality is that delivery has often fallen short. It would be helpful to understand how your approach differs and what tangible value it can offer.

1. Data Integration: We’re using Medidata and EDC system APIs to streamline data orchestration. To ensure we get it right, we’re planning pilot tests with early adopters to uncover and address any integration gaps.
2. Competing with CROs: While CROs are a competitor, we’re focused on offering real-time data integration, giving users instant access and advanced analytics capabilities that stand out. Also we are small and move fast vs big CROs;
3. Data Accuracy and Validation: This is where we shine. We’ve brought on Stanford PhD-level biostatisticians to benchmark and fine-tune the LLMs. Our initial rollout will include a human-in-the-loop design to ensure precision and reliability.
4. Personalized Messaging: We want users to enhance messaging by enriching data with demographics and third-party sources, creating tailored, impactful communication.
5. Patient Engagement and Recruitment: This is something on our mind but we want to solve the most painful problem facing pharmaceutical companies first;
