What can be expected CTC for 4 years of experience as a .Net Developer?

Please don't say that it depends on the current CTC.

I am lost with what to do now in my career, can anyone guide me what to do next.
1. not so good at academics,
2. 10+2 with commerce
3. graduation and MBA with Finance
4. ISTQB Certified.
4. Started career with a bank, after 5 years I moved to Manual testing.
5. Total 7+ years of experience with 7-8 types of Loans with Indian+ UAE banks.
6. Managed 2 manual testing projects independently with 5 team members and 1 is on.
7. Working as Senior Tester at 8Lpa.

I’m trying to get an idea of how I compare to other civil folks. Specialty: Coastal, YOE: 3, TC: $86K.

Thoughts on going from a national firm to a smaller one with ~200 employees and $65M in revenue? I’m a first year tax manager and can get a 33% raise by going to this firm.

Hi, just got an offer from A&M as D (Performance Improvement). The base from Glassdoor is accurate (US as a benchmark). Bonus is much higher than my current. Anyway the base seems very low compared to S& SA in US.
1) is it true that the base is that low compared to junior-mid level at S&?
2) i am based in Asia, any different rate compared to other region at A&M?
3) the TC can be 3x that what I can get currently, but i can make partner in few years at PwC. Do you think A&M should be considered?

I’m 23 and independent. Working full time and studying full time is taking a serious toll on my mental health. I’m always tired, unmotivated, depressed, sometimes angry at my life, and I don’t know what to do. I’m in my sophomore year. I also don’t work in the field that I’m studying (computer science) because I’m always rejected without an interview, which is another aggravating factor for me. It’s hard to have time to work on personal projects to make my portfolio more attractive.

I think I have work trauma not sure how it’s clouding my ability to make decisions. I’ve had unstable work after being laid off from a company 3 years ago. I thought I worked out a plan to get to a stable place but my job is proving to be unstable yet again. Can someone please for the love of god help me figure out how I can pay less income taxes? I only make 88k and I put the 12k standard deduction but I’m still getting taxed 27% of my paychecks! My sign on bonus (20 even) a few months ago was taxed nearly 45%! Excuse my ignorance, but am I doing something wrong? Will increasing deductions help or should I increase the withholdings?
