Quite frankly they are looking for the right candidate, not the right message. No amount of professionalism makes someone worth spending time with if there are already 10 other "perfect fit" candidates in the queue.
I am seeing most roles have over 100 applicants after the first 24 hours, in a market like this only the best of the best and those with strong referrals get a recruiter's time.
I say this after 5 long months of searching daily to no avail. I've been ignored for roles that I have a ton of direct experience in and even with a good referral (most likely already intended to hire internally).

More than half of the recruiters have no idea what they’re doing most of the time, they spray and pray they don’t do the research and about I would say 70% of the time the wrong person hired

Could be the resume is getting screened out before anyone sees it. If you’re getting zero interviews even with referrals, I’d suspect a formatting/keyword mismatch before anything else.
I had a friend in LA with the same thing happen, and the fix was boring but real: strip anything weird in the layout, then match the wording on the JD line by line. Titles, skills, and even little phrases like "cross-functional" or "stakeholder mgmt" can matter more than people think.
If you want, paste the job types you’re targeting and I can tell you what I’d tighten first on page 2. Also, if you’ve already compared it against a few tools like Jobscan, ResumeJudge, or Resume Worded and it’s still blanking out, that usually points to the resume not parsing cleanly, not just bad luck.
