What is current market worth of security consultant with 2.4 years of experience ?

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

1.Resign and join other one for better package.
2.reject offer and stay in the company atleast an year as it may impact future if we leave early.
3.abscond and join new company as they are offering more .

I was in the same situation so I rejected better offer considering impact on future interviews and also NP is 3mnths from day1 in newly joined Org.
Now I am regretting for rejecting beter offer.
