Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?

Variable is usually around 10-15% of your ctc.
Yearly hike this year is going to be good as compared to past. If you have rating 4 or above, you can expect hike to be in double digits
Variable is the profit share

This year it would be better so can expect around 20% with promotions and 15% without promotion
