Anyone knows about EY GDS hirearchy?
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Former USAA employee then went to Allstate Unless you wanna cram a 60 hour work week into a 40 hour work week, don’t do it
Did you mind me asking why you left USAA for Allstate ?
DO NOT LEAVE USAA for Allstate. Also, i can provide any insight you need.
Worked there for many years. Pay is not competitive. Benefits are lacking. Management is unhelpful and not engaged. Workload is extremely heavy. I’d think long and hard about it. Many people recently left because of the culture.
Based on just my experiences calling Allstate regarding claims I would never insure my vehicle with them or work for them. Their employees always sound miserable and don’t want to provide customer service. Their claims line is literally rigged to hang up on you if you enter that you are calling from another insurance agency. Just seems all around unprofessional.
I left Allstate for USAA, Allstate was less pay and benefits. I left USAA after just wasn’t happy with how the claims were structured in BI
That’s awesome, im looking for remote work as USAA has demanded for RTO and I cannot handle that during this time
I also want to add that I absolutely wish not to leave USAA but their sudden demand to RTO has caused me to look for other remote options - want to find a good company before making that move
Yes it is hybrid (3 days in office/2 days home) but that’s still not convenient for me. There is one remote position in banking that I’ve applied for, but I’ve only been with the company for 6 months. So I’m just hoping something good happens
I hae never worked at USAA but I loved Allstate. The benefits were great and we had a really great team. I really loved the culture of our office as well.
I would love to hear more about your experience, as the commentary so far has been a bit negative. How did you feel about their work-life balance & overall culture ?
I heard it's pretty bad my friend started there recently and regrets it.
