Can anyone recommend any NY or remote agencies with strong creative that respect quality of life? I don't really get either at the moment and want to start hunting for something better. I'm new to this country so I'm not even sure where to begin.

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Can I bring my parents and sibling also in relocation reimbursement and also for the hotel accommodation?

Has WFH or no personal contact with colleagues stripped us of presenting a modicum of civility, even toward judges?

I've never worked on anything for TikTok and hope I never have to. TikTok is from hell. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes. The human brain is not designed to deal with the sheer amount of sensory overload that app gives you. I'm pretty sure TikTok is one of the main reasons we are constantly hearing about how much Gen Z struggles with mental health.
