How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Many people at Capco have families, so it is more than doable. If you’re asking about the work life balance in the U.S., it depends on the project, your level, and your time zone. 1) Project: You can always ask upfront if a project is going to be normal working hours or crazy. Most are normal hours, but often the first month is longer hours when you’re learning and trying to build trust. 2) Level: the more senior you are, the longer hours you work, because you need to manage more responsibilities. 3) Time Zone: most projects are East Coast, so if you are based in Chicago, you have to start an hour earlier for ET meetings, but then you can normally get out earlier. If you’re in Mountain Time or Pacific Time, you log on very early and finish even earlier.
Ahh I should have clarified Capco in the UK! Sorry!!
Capco Canada offers very limited work–life balance. Client projects require full daytime availability for meetings and deliverables, while internal Capco work—such as RFPs and POCs—is often handled during lunch hours or early mornings. Because regular working hours are dedicated to client needs, employees are expected to complete internal initiatives on their personal time with tight deadlines which directly affect performance evaluations, bonuses, and promotions.
I haven't worked there so I can't speak to the work life balance personally but I have a friend who works there and has nothing but good things to say about it. She seems to have really good work life balance and never misses anything with her kids.
