Can some one suggest me which one is best two join between Genpact , IBM? Both are offering somewhat same:
IBM: 19.28 Fixed + 1.5L Joining Bonus
Genpact: 20 Fixed + 67 Variable + 1L joining bonus

If anyone working in Oracle practice of their, please suggest me about their projects. Do they put resources on bench with no pay? Any idea of their yearly hike policy whether performance based or others?
