Can someone help me with a referral at Servicenow? I rejected their offer back in 2021 due to personal reasons and have been trying to land interviews this year but nothing is working out. Received calls from the HR 4 times but they don't seem to go beyond the hiring manager screening.

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.
