Can someone hire me without an interview? I can do the job, but I can't handle interviews. 😭
I have experience in Customer Service and Back Office roles, but since I graduated last year, I've found it difficult to apply for jobs. The interview process makes me really anxious, even though I know I can do the work.

Just wanted to share a tip for all of those who are looking to connect with former employees - there is a filter function at Linkedin which allows you to do so (and you can combine that with the filter on location - then you can almost always find at least 2-3 people you can reach out to and ask about the firm and practice group you are thinking of lateralling).
