Hybrid all the way. Fully remote and fully in office are both terrible alternatives.
I sincerely believe that what I learned by being in an office simply could not have been learned in a remote scenario. There's just a learning by osmosis factor that kicks in, and being around people engaged in the same work can make you smarter. I also believe that if people aren't learning things they don't even know they're not learning them. So someone working remotely could be missing out on a lot and never know it.
Hybrid IS the ideal arrangement. It's the perfect balance of opportunity to collaborate and opportunity to lock into deep focus mode. That's how I'm working currently and I love it.
