Can women on the apps please weigh in/explain this one? This has happened so many times I’ve lost count.

Match with a woman on a dating app. She either ignores messages right off the bat or ghosts after we’ve chatted for a bit. This sort of flakiness is common enough and I’m used to it. But then we match again on another app, weeks or months later.

Why match again when you already flaked out? You’re just making it weird for me now.

I recently asked everyone’s age filters on dating apps and there were some mentions of fear of baggage and that’s why you don’t date older than X. What baggage are you afraid of? Ex spouses? Kids from prior relationships? What is it?

Running behind on a date, tried to originally reschedule but he insisted, said I was on a call and instead of 5:30 could meet at 6:30 and at 6:15 he checked in, I said 20 more and then he cancelled...

I’m a female who lives with my SO. We’ve been dating for years and we fight a lot so it’s possible a breakup is near. Do you think it would be difficult to date while living with my ex as roommates in a 2br/2ba? We have a lease that’s not even halfway done. In other words, would a man be uninterested in a woman who’s living with her ex (but of course being appropriate after the breakup)?

I went on a “date” recently. I paid for the tab as they were going to the bathroom. As we were leaving they said “thanks for lunch” — I was hoping they’d at least ask to Venmo me half as a kind gesture. Following lunch we grabbed dessert. I was hoping they’d offer to cover dessert since I covered lunch but it didn’t happen.

I am fine w/ paying but I was hoping the gesture would at least be presented… am I crazy?
