Can you access a Chase Saphire Lounge with two different priority passes? If ineligible are you charged upon entry or does it charge to your card?

I'm in Oklahoma, and an avid Aldi shopper. Prior to COVID, my favorite merlot was routinely stocked there - under $6 a bottle and better than many $30 bottles I've had. It was by Burlwood Cellars. Sadly, supply chain issues have apparently done a number on Aldi's wine selection and it's not carried there anymore. I've searched high and low for a comparable merlot, but to no avail. At the end of the form it’s asking to upload any documents/evidence. How important is it uploading documents and what exactly is preferable to upload? (ex: foreign passport pgs, univ degree, employment verification?). It didn’t specifically require to upload copies. Would my case be denied if I don’t upload anything? Thx in advance

Which CC is better for sign-up bonus - Citi Premier 80K points or Chase Aer Lingus/Iberia 100K Avios points?
