I’ve been in the SE role for over a 1 year now, coming directly out of undergraduate. My company’s pay is low compared to what I’ve seen at other companies but I do enjoy the work and the organization. Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Any thoughts?

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week.
