Job market paradox: they want experience but shy away from knowledge. Recruiters lack understanding, leading to miscommunication. What’s going on this year?

I am a QA engineer in an edutech company. I have an experience of 7.5 years (manual testing- database, front end, mobile and api testing).

How can I merge FB and GA data? Some clients of mine believe that Facebook doesn't bring us results 'cause GA says so. The difference between the two of them is A LOT.
