Reach out to Recruiter on Thurs next week if you haven’t heard anything. They are usually pretty good — I believe I received my offer about a week after my interview, but our recruiting team is currently pretty understaffed so don’t look into it too much until you hear from them. Also there’s a bunch of cynical fish on here. I love Capco and have loved it for the past year. I’m thrilled that I’m here and I think you’ll love it. :)

Possible that you’re being pipelined for a potential RFP opportunity and they are waiting for a result, or to see if there are alternate opportunities for you if the RFP doesn’t win

also said i had really positive feedback from my interviews and said he would send over the benefits package to take a look (never did); any difference in timeline for offer vs reject?

ah, he explained it as basically fitting my profile and skills with available/upcoming projects, which i’ve heard is a sort of formality at other consultancies. (e.g. saw some EY fish post about hiring biz cases) thank you though!

Thanks for the responses :) im assuming recruiter would come with a verbal offer first before generating a written offer? or does it depend?
