I have got 2 offers. I am not sure which one to choose. I have mentioned the details below.

1. Elsevier - 23 Fixed + 3.5 variable pay(No relocation required)
2. T-Systems - 26 Fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus (Bangalore relocation required - Hybrid model)

Confused between the above 2 offers. Which one will be better regarding wlb and job security?

We are not car fanatics and definitely not looking for a fancy/expensive option. 2019 or later, $20k budget but can go higher if there is a valid suggestion, value for money option.
