I chose Accenture over Deloitte when faced with this same decision (competing offers for tech strategy) some years back. The two key factors for me were better WLB and better culture / people.
Super happy with my decision in retrospect. In particular, most of the folks here seem like genuinely good people that actually care about you and have a life outside of work, which to me is one of the most important factors for happiness at work.
I might be biased, but I also happen to think this is one specific area where our capabilities are simply better than Deloitte's.
Depends what you want. IMO (I’ve worked at both) 1.consultant at Accenture is slightly a higher level than consultant at Deloitte due to additional pre-manager band at Deloitte 2. Accenture has much better training 3. I personally prefer Deloitte culture / more autonomy / less hierarchical
