CCTC 3.5, New offer 6.5 (not my best offer yet)
So I talked to my RM about my compensation, that it's way too low. Even the average fresher salary is higher than mine. And with 3YOE it doesn't do justice. I am barely managing my expenses and getting through the month.

My RM said you're a performer so I can push HR for 5.5. But 6.5 is not possible. I only mentioned 6.5 offer for supporting my statement.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. Do you see a 100% fit before you apply or go for the opportunity if you see the responsibilities meeting your expectation and know only like 60% of the expected or desired skills.
