Orinigation % seems to be too low - especially the ones that go into suit. Most big value cases have to go in suit before they resolve.
Whetheror not the case settles lit or pre suit shouldn’t matter for your origination credit IMO. My old firm was 50% credit regardless of lit or suit. What if you have a client that is treating for a long time and you have no choice but to file?
If malpractice very often there is no thought to long term needs with amputation. There is always changes in the stump and there is 60% chance of second amputation Or transmetatarsal amputation is corrective shoes and therapy. All amputations is physical therapy and emotional therapy. Then major loss of income
😳
Wish I had your compensation 🤣🤣🤣 Settled $3.6M in fees last year
Thank you for the clarification- I don’t believe there’s any world where I’m touching that many files.
What type of cases will you be handling? Small time MVAs or wrongful death actions? Also, how big will your caseload be?
Mixture, but led to believe it won’t involve a lot of soft tissue and minimal policy limits cases. Lot of malpractice, both legal and medical. Caseload is one object I need clarity on, thank you.
