Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies (Keto): After testing many recipes, I think I have found the holy grail chewy chocolate chip cookie. It’s crisp and golden on the edges and soft on the middle. The secret ingredient is powdered unflavored beef gelatin. I also used brown sugar swerve for an authentic taste. I asked my husband to try a cookie. I didn’t tell him it was Keto. He thought they were the regular carb loaded cookie and couldn’t tell the difference.

You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?
