I modified the almond flour version of the recipe a bit. I used unsalted butter, 3/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1/4 cup granulated monkfruit and 1/4 cup brown sugar swerve.

Hey Moskowitz - I think you’ve found something that I can’t veganize! 😆 I will say I’ve got a great recipe using aquafaba but I wouldn’t be able to compare them.
I haven’t read your full recipe but I do know how to work with agar and it has to be heated in liquid. I’ll take a look at your recipe. Stay tuned!
