Hi everyone!!! Last year I put together a list of classrooms to exchange valentines with! We mailed 1 valentine to each class and included a picture if we could, and a few things about where we live and things we do!
I currently have 13 classes signed up! The more the merrier!!
We have classes CA, WI, PA, KS, TX, RI, MI, Canada, New Zealand.
I have a form to fill out if you are interested! I will email everyone the list probably at the end of the week if not sooner!

It’s not the money, it’s justice!!!!! I’ve seen suits that went to trial because one of the parties demanded a formal apology as part of the settlement and of course they wouldn’t budge
I've been in protracted email correspondences both with opposing counsel and internally with my supervisor and the client, over something like who would be responsible for changing locks on some property changing hands as part of a 9 figure settlement. I confirmed the stakes of this dispute were about 100 dollars, bit less. probably cost about an extra 1500 or so.
you can tell a lawyer is a good advocate for their client when, upon being instructed to cut their nose to spite their face, they get impatient and tell the client to snap out of it instead of happily sucking all that free blood. (And you can tell which lawyers are the parasites.)
Just bill your hourly to install the locks 🔒

I’ve had clients pay me 7 figures to try cases they could have settled for $100,000. If they pay the bills they get to make those decisions. Today’s refusal to settle only means you have work to do. That’s not a bad thing.
Hell yea! That’s the right kind of client so long as they have at least an argument.
Mainly crazy people litigate.

Some litigants, sure, but definitely not all. Sometimes clients have no choice. In my line of work the problem is often careless drafting and/or bad legal advice before or right after a dispute arises, which together turn into an unsettleable mess even for folks who are quite rational.
