Feeling burnt out and unmotivated with agency life. Throughout the past year I’ve been added to a variety of “problem accounts” with challenging, disorganized and rude client contacts. Anyone here regret moving from a mid-tier to big 4? If so, why?

I'm an M1 in FDD (HCOL). What types of opportunities are there where i can get a better quality of life without taking a pay cut. I want to make $160k-$175k but feel like thats impossible.

is it worth it to shift to IB or MBB after 7 years in the big four(audit and fdd)? I do think IB and MBB are interesting fields that you can acquire unique skill sets and a good network. But I don’t think I couldn’t keep up already for a daily grind. The reason why I did not pursue it earlier in my career is that I am not from a target school and I do not have an MBA. lol thoughts?
