Job 1: 85k at small boutique firm (3 attorneys). Standard benefits but no 401k. Semi-annual raises. No billable hour requirement and regular 40 hour week. Being groomed to be a partner on a 2-3 year track.

Job 2: 135k at large regional firm (200 attorneys) good benefits. 1900 billable hours requirement. Partner track is 6-8 years but not guaranteed.

Both located in a MCOL area

Three Months back, I gave interview for Infy and got selected after that I got one offer from another company with very good pay so, I have to tell infy that I will not be joining. The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. I'm taking a cut in salary to consider this new job but I like the company and they actually offer benefits

PwC Pricing and Profitability practice. Senior associate offer at $123k plus 15k sign on. Offering another 7.5k if I agree in 24 hrs. Any advice where I should land?

72k + 7% bonus + WFH permanently

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

Just had an interview for Snr audit manager for Cap One and recruiter told me pay range for McLean office is 160-170k. I feel misled based on what I’ve seen on threads here that it’s closer to 190-220k. Am I wrong? Anyone have additional insights?
