Company A offered CTC of 22.9 LPA, 1.9 LPA variable included. It has 87.5k basic pay, PF and gratuity calculated accordingly. Plus 3-4 LPA additional insurances and diwali bonus etc.

Company B offered CTC 24 LPA. no variable. Basic pay is 60k but for PF and gratuity calculations they've capped basic pay at 15k. Rest of the salary is tagged as special allowance. And their offer letter mentions that company reserves right to reduce CTC as deemed fit at anytime, with 1 month notice.

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly.
