I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.
I have 70 days of Notice Period left.

L5 base is usually base 250+, not sure what C1 is talking about. Bonus 15-20% for decent performers. 36k stock grant (3 year vest) for highest performers.
I am a new L5, 350k+ total comp last year (not strategy)

I was getting ~$225k + $13k/year in stock. 25% bonus opportunity (rarely funded in full). Song.
I am also CL5 and agree with A1.
Would be rare for total comp to exceed $250-275k at the Director level, you can search the bowls there are several anecdotes. Strategy pays slightly higher.
