Could use an opinion from someone more experienced: Joined IT\Digital consulting as a process miner, the subject is relatively new and I'm getting a boatload of training, which is great, but it's a bit more technical than I'd like it to be.

Do you think that process mining will become more relevant in the future and that in general it is a valid professional path?

Which form of marketing (brand vs. product), does a typical Strategy Consulting role best prep for as a realistic exit? Also, between brand vs. product, marketing which is a more preferable exit?

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
