Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

I saw an opening on Linkedin and applied. Just got hired.
Having someone on the inside helps a little bit.
Referrals work best for Google.
Note the creative lab is largely contracts not FTE.
There have been creative roles open in LA, Chicago and NY for BrandUnit. Best way to stay on top of non Creative Labs roles is to set up an alert on the google.com career site for any listing that includes creative. They will NOT all be true creative roles so you’ll need to look at stuff that won’t match at all, but that would be easiest way to not miss.
I see so many job openings on LinkedIn — especially for Apple.
Google are hiring right now in New York. It’s all over their Instagram.
Thank you!
When you find out, let me know 😞
I didn't get hired but have had interviews at Apple and Facebook. In both cases, the recruiter reached out to me.
I got my Google gig through a friend I knew
Considering there are 1000s of applicants, referrals are the best way.
