Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Make sure you get off of the peninsula when the storm hits as I believe they’ve closed the bridges to the peninsula during previous storms. You won’t be able to even get to the airport or drive inland if you’re stuck on the peninsula.
Had to shell out 800 to fly AA 5am Wednesday morning. F U United (they still haven’t cancelled)
Scheduled to depart when the hurricane will be here in full force.
Am I able to fly on another airline than the one I originally booked and get reimbursed for both the original flight portion and cost of the new flight? Can the cost of the new flight exceed the original flight?
Trip insurance first timer here
You're covered only if the airline cancels or reschedules you. They don't reimburse if you take it on yourself to rebook or cancel your ticket.

Some airlines are waiving change fees due to the hurricane so you may want to call and see if you can fly out Wednesday at the latest. My friend was able to change her Southwest flight out of RDU from Thursday to Wednesday free of charge.
Assuming you’re just trying to leave early without having to pay anything
I just called United and they said as of yet the flight is not canceled. I’m worried flights will all book up if we don’t book Wednesday’s flight today
I would go ahead and book the Wednesday flight. My gut tells me that the airports will be overly cautious and might close. Also the SC governor has issued mandatory evacuation of Charleston county SC starting tomorrow at noon
Crazy United didn’t let you switch for free. AA and Southwest are waiving fees and even waived the difference in fare for my friend.
