Staffing crisis - yes, more supply of consultants than demand
Quietly counseling consultants - not yet, so far only back-office and not quietly. But our reviews are in 3 weeks, so we'll know soon enough

Totally agree. We grew a lot and bar has been a little bit lower also because voluntary attrition was high. Now we are just back to standard of decency to promote to the next level (partner level included)
