Curious if most of you track Net Carbs vs Total Carbs? I’m finding it difficult/demotivating to just track Total.

The book that was referred to me recommended to track Total and use Fat as a “lever” (that part I like).
Keto: The Complete Guide to Success on the Ketogenic Diet by the Emmeriches. It’s a great book due to the explanation of the science behind it.
I’m switching to track Net starting tomorrow to see if I still stay in ketosis

Net carbs for sure! Most of the veggies you eat will be close to zero net carbs. You can eat a ton of veggies and still stay in ketosis with no issue
