Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. I feel like I might be catching my agency at a tough time, but as an employee it doesn’t seem to be trying anything to keep me here besides the occasional ‘motivational’ posts from the administrative team. Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? I am currently a civil engineer thinking of switching to software engineering. I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. I was very proud of what I submitted, and know it was great quality and up to industry standards given I review/write this type of document quite frequently. They gave me good feedback on it, and I have it in the back of my mind that they are using applicants from consulting as free labor. Anyone else feel this way about interview take-home assignments??

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
