Current CTC - 6L. Accenture has offered 10.4 with 60k joining bonus. Designation - Sr Analyst. Is this too low? I have 4 yoe

Does anyone have resources or direct suggestions for bonus goals/metrics for the legal department? I crafted a mix of goals related to contract turn-around time being under a standard time, being within approved budget, and some other measurable spend related goals and was told by executive team the goals need to be more “quantifiable” (which is a stupid criticism since these are all quantifiable/objectively measurable). Looking for other suggestions.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I’m not sure if I’m overthinking this but I (25M) have a feeling a friend(23F) is hitting on me. I applied for a role in Accenture. Gave the skill assessment test and also the technical interview. After the interview, the HR called within one week and asked for the details and expected CTC. I gave the required information. But after that the portal is still now showing as Interview/Interviewing. On checking with the person I got referral, I got to know that they are saying that I haven't attended my skill assessment. There might be any glitch. What should I do as of now?

I have recently cleared 2 technical round interview at Accenture. During HR discussion, she told that my expected salary is not within level 9 range and project doesn't have any level 8 requirement. But these were all discussed before interview scheduling, then why the interviews were scheduled? Now they have kept my profile on hold saying compensation mismatch
