Sounds suspiciously like capco. The answer is yes to all of the above. 2 yoe, I’d ask for minimum of 90. If you’re leaving before a bonus use that to negotiate a higher base, push for 90-95, or see if you can get a signing bonus/equity.
Yeah I was thinking 85 seems low. Currently not at Capco though
No idea about this industry in general but if it’s very specific knowledge, 85k seems low for 2 yoe unless LCOL or substantial equity involved
C1, I got an offer to join a T2 firm (better than D) with standard salary (better than D) with 2YOE in SF, not very close to 110-120k though.
Don't get promoted during a pandemic year
You'll get shafted on salary. Leave on good terms and bounce back later at a more appropriate salary level, if you want.

That's way too low. I'm 2 YOE and in analytics too. I went from 80k to 130k in my exit. And I didn't even have industry specific knowledge. I'd say only jump for atleast a 30% increase.

Nah, in advisory but bounced after SA promo
Very low for 2YOE. My base from Accenture out of UG was higher than where you’re at now.
