I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

I was a manager up for SM at Accenture before joining Deloitte and I was hired on as a Manager, but still payed the same as Accenture SM. I would say there's more responsibility as a manager at Deloitte vs. Accenture, but also like others said it's good to get a couple years to develop your network again
SM2 - ACN SM's are only more junior in the first couple years of SM. Around year 3, it evens out with D SM's. Part of this is bc ACN doesn't have Senior Consultant level, so you hit M and then SM sooner than you would at D. It's just a fact.
So to give perspective. I got a M position at ACN as a SC at Deloitte in March. The pay was only 3K more, and the bonus range was less. Up for promotion M this year at D (Jun) and my salary will reach ~180 and the bonus range is decently high. At D, I got a 24% bonus as a SC. My old SM mentioned they had gotten in the 35-40% bonus range quite frequently. What I’m driving at, is I really don’t think it’s 1:1 across B4 & ACN and Deloitte consulting.
I think it’s also important to note, that in this scenario, it was still during the great resignation - when firms were throwing money for people to hop.

Deloitte often down levels external hires.
Deloitte has job title deflation compared to the market and competitors. SM at D is really a Director or Associate Partner in most places. It has all the work without the name. External hire at SM is rare and has the highest fail rate. It’s safer to level down at D to start.
For example, SM at D as a whole is still a bigger job than Dir at PwC.
Ok sure.

Deloitte practices title deflation. They will always try to bring you a level down from what you apply.
This is true. Former Deloitte here. That being said, SM is a very hard role. Coming in with no internal network will make it even harder. I’m sure it’s doable but buckle up.
What's the salary range of M vs SM in Deloitte to consider moving with a deflated title from ACN?
Amazon 1-
Definitely has to be S& otherwise this is impossible.
Advisory SM at PWC could clear 240 - 270 TC in a HCOL.
MCOL & LCOL it’s definitely low to mid 200’s.

Can you detail the economic conditions that are being stated? We traditionally always level down and I've never heard of any sort of economic basis for such as there are tons of objective reasons for down leveling.
There was a Sr.Mgr role open earlier this year that I had applied and that didn’t move anywhere.
Reason given: Current Economy.
Recommendation : Better to apply for a manager role.
