Currently B4 tax manager (financial services, wam group) with 6 years of experience. Current salary 118k BANW. Got a fully remote industry offer at 155k base, 15% bonus and 110k RSU 4 year vesting. Is this a good offer or did I get hustled?

TC of 205.75 for 6 YOE in non specialty tax seems pretty damn good but what’s the title? If it’s a legit Vice President role at a large company you need more. Tax manager or the like id say take it if you have no partner desire

Don't walk, run! This is an amazing comp package for 6 YOE!

You can always go back to Big4 later for same.

Are you serious? That sounds great
