Have some money in a traditional IRA (rolled over from previous employer)... should I roll over to current companies 401k or just use fidelity to purchase stocks directly using it? Need some help...

I max my 401k and IRA each year and recommend those who can to do the same.
The benefits with an IRA are:
1. Flexibility with investments by having a brokerage account (though some version of the 3 fund approach is probably best for most)
2. All prior 401ks can roll into it and be consolidated

I'm new to all this. Is it best to save 10% of my salary all in my company's 401k (with 20% match, increasing by 5% every year)... or saving 5% in 401k and 5% in a Roth IRA?

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

which would you choose here

Anyone know how true this is, how the process works, or have any advice? Is it a good idea

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Before ending it she came over 3 weeks prior to basically give me a chance to work things out and we had a good discussion but then I went back into our routine and didn’t really fight for it or have serious follow up convos that we needed. Now I just have so many regrets that I let her go. I know we still love each other and left on “good” terms but can’t forgive myself for my lack of action.
