Currently, I have a big question in my life, my father comes from the air force and my mother made a career all her life in the navy. I have doubts about which of the two forces is the best option to make a career, can anyone help me with the pros and cons?

Training in the air force is more demanding but at the time of the battle, your contact with the enemy camp is less, if you are a pilot you usually work in support missions or destruction of objectives.

Both are extremely demanding, I could not tell you why one is better than the other, I am only telling you that you are on the right path, I hope that whatever you decide you achieve, I wish you good luck.

The most prestigious of the forces is the air force, if after doing military life you want to support the country internally with a police issue, this is the right place, this is something that is more difficult than belonging to other forces.

The annual career pay for belonging to the Marine Corps is the best the force has, in addition to the many benefits that you have access to.

Does where you get your masters degree matter? I’m in an online environmental science masters program at an expensive “name-brand” school, but have colleagues telling me I should transfer to a less expensive program to save $ because no one cares about where your degree is from. Aside from the cost of it, I like my program, and the fact that I’m now connected to an incredible alumni network. And not gonna lie, I like the clout. Thoughts?

Previous military so I have a GI Bill to burn through. I'm waitlisted at Darden's EMBA and accepted to a 1-yr MS IT Management program.

My thought is that if I don't get off the waitlist, I can do the MS MIT this year then the EMBA next year. My mentor thinks the MS MIT might pigeon-hole me into the tech-only world and be redundant if I'm going to go on to get the EMBA.

I'm starting my first year consulting on an IT contract in June.
