Currently interviewing for a Private Client Banker role in the southeast US. I have my 7, 63, and 66. 3 years experience in securities industry and 5 years before that in retail banking. I understand the pay is base + monthly incentive, but what salary could I negotiate given my licenses/experience?

I’ve seen base salaries around 50k + 1500 monthly incentive for the first year during training/licensing. Has anyone had success negotiating above this with preexisting licenses? Is 60k reasonable?

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. I've only been here 8months & want to leave as I need the money. Should I start looking elsewhere even if I haven't been here for a year?

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?
