You might be able to negotiate the base, but it’s fairly unlikely. From what I’ve seen 60k is pretty much top end. No one in my area is that high. If you’re any good it at it, you can definitely make more than the 1500 guaranteed. Average for that role is at least 3k a month if not more. A lot of bankers in that role are clearing 100k TC

I was able to negotiate pay. I told them I needed the pay to be a specific amount it took them a few days to get back to me but they told me on Friday. My response will be given on Tuesday
