Currently my friend is working for Mphasis as a Java Full stack developer. He joined 2 years ago with 6 years experience with a 25 LPA fixed package. Currently he has 8 years experience and didn't get any salary hikes during these 2 years. He is the Key resource for a top client and comfortable with the project and team. The only thing which he expects is a salary hike. How much he can expect and how to approach his manager. Can you post your opinions ?

Dear all,
My friend is trying to get into her 1st full-time job. Previously she worked as a UI UX designer for multiple clients (freelance). But she couldn't manage to get an interview call. She is an excellent UI UX designer and an illustrator. If anyone has any options, kindly comment below, I will share her resume. She is a btech graduate with 2 year experience in ui ux designing/illustration field.

Mphasis does this pretty often .
It is better to communicate the dissatisfaction with client , if he really is a key resource the client would sometimes get the negotiation done for you. Happend at times , yet this is pretty risky cause this might cause rifts internally.
Other option better look for offer and put it as a counter offer and ask for hike else mphasis is a such company that doesn't care about all this stuff.

Put paper and renegotiate with mphasis. Or ask your client manager to make you permanent employee there.
