I am looking for Salesforce Functional BA roles in Accenture. I am currently working with Persistent Systems. Please let me know if there are any relevant openings.

How much communication is important for QA role. I have 5+ exp, good in automation but am lagging in communication.couldnot speak fluently. That's the reason am not attending interview from other product based companies.

Any thoughts or solutions.

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

A friend is interviewing for a role managing one of the pieces of software McKinsey uses/sells to clients and has a case coming up. Anyone know good resources for him to use to brush up?

Got contacted by a McKinsey recruiter for experienced hire interview (position I applied for) and she connected me directly to the partner due to my domain expertise. Partner liked my expertise and gave thumbs up. What would be the next step?
