Got an offer from BCG digital, Sr Arch in BCG platinion SEA, just expanded here, with the highest tenure credits and targeted for 6 months promotion to Manager level. Base is 20% higher with a good amount of sign on bonus ~ 2 months of my current base+higher bonus scheme. Money wise seems to be a good offer but 2 lvl down at the start a bit too much, not sure if really worth the jump? Any thought pls? Keen to switch to tech strat

Well I recently told a guy I have been seeing I have HSV-2. We have not yet been physical but it’s been heading that direction. Man I hate this part - waiting to see what his response will be after he researches and talks to his doctor. I’m on daily meds which help reduce transmission risk. You’d think that since HSV-2 affects 20% of Americans and likely a higher % of gay men, there would be less taboo but it’s hardly ever talked about. Anyone else in my shoes?
