Currently working as a HR, Transformation & Change Consultant in NL. Main projects are culture change and org design/roles & responsibilities and currently building capabilities in DEI. Looking for a next step at another firm and was doubting between PwC as Senior Associate P & OT or Senior Consultant CM at Deloitte. Looking at some similar type of assignments and want to grow more in DEI assignments & Culture Change assignments, not fond of change in IT assignments. Which would you recommend?

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. It's a Big4 but will lowball you during offer negotiation.
It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
You will be involved in multiple extra work, which you normally don't do in other service based companies. But there is no benefits/perks for that, you just end up doing extra work!!
