Best way to cash $2000 in visa gift cards?
Dear Men - Need your perspective.
Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

Have you tried turning it off and on again
Lol. I loved that show!
Completely normal behavior. We went from loving diaper change to over my dead body at 13 months and had to resort to doing the diaper change standing for 3 months. Back to normal and now potty trained at 22 months. Same with the high chair, we have one of those ridiculously priced Stokke high chairs he refused to eat on it for a long time. We started using spinner wheel toys and also got a cheap IKEA small kids' table, and that helped. Hang in there; it is always a new challenge but rewarding. The next battle will be bath time and putting on PJs. Not wanting to brush their teeth, and once they start talking, everything will be NO.
We experienced thing and discover the daycare actually changes our child standing up and has the kids sit at a little table made for themselves. We end up buying a little Montessori table for our child to dine at by himself. He usually chooses between the two.
also have the stokke chair, our older child (8yrs) still uses it till today!
Same, this is normal and your kid is looking for new experiences and independence. Around this age is when we also moved to a small table and chair for meals
No real good way to change the diaper station except maybe add toys, new head pillow, art, stickers or other to get them happy with it.
Same shit here. Drives me nuts. Hoping it’s just a phase
Maybe you don't want to encourage this habit, but I would put baby on my lap when this started. Also going from a 'baby chair' (high chair) to a 'big kid chair' (booster seat on a regular chair) helped make it appealing again.
Thank you all for the replies. Guess it's just baby effing around with me.

We also have a bumbo that we put in a chair at our dining table. Our daughter quit being willing to get in the high chair but is very happy to get in the bumbo cuz it seems like she is in the same seat as mom and dad. We bought a large…like 24x18in… mat to sit on the table to catch some messes and avoid silverware marks. Obviously liquids are still an issue but that’s part of the learning process.
